Descriptionhere's my most recent autosave before it crashed to desktop 40 minutes later

here's the error log too, it mentions Path Goal Seek Ladder to Climb:Station Milling Flood at 91,108,93 about 15 minutes prior to the crash which i think is the same message from last time i got a CTD about two hours ago

EARLIEST_COMPATIBLE_NUMERIC_VERSION must be less than or equal to NUMERIC_VERSION! seems to happen on game load
