Summary0002061: Military dwarves get stuck with job "Go to Individual Combat Drill"
DescriptionI've been trying to get my head round the military and training. When experimenting with active training, I find that training doesn't work (which is another issue) and gets replaced by sparring or individual combat drill. In both cases, after a short period where things work as expected, one or more dwarves get in the state "Go to Individual Combat Drill" or "Go to Sparring Match" but don't go anywhere.

On the one occasion where I saw a dwarf changing state to this mode, he had just finished a hauling job and changed to "Go to Individual Combat Drill" . He then walked past the barracks and up into the meeting zone on the surface. He remained there with the job "Go to Individual Combat Drill".

Dwarves sometimes exit this state and go to "No Job" or do civilian tasks, but I haven't seen one successfully train afterwards.
Steps To ReproduceBugged save (Mac version 0.31.04) here: http://dffd.wimbli.com/file.php?id=2406

My setup was:

Small 2x2 embark, 7 dorfs, 5 of which have spear, shield and fighting skill. Barracks underground at Z-1, meeting area at Z=0 above ground.

Create barracks, based on wooden weapon rack with 5 beds and 5 wooden chests. Assign Militia Commander. Create uniform: Leather Armor, Shield, Training Spear (all of these available x5, also backpacks available). Create squad based on militia commander using this uniform. Create active/train schedule with minimum 3 dorfs training all year round. Give squad this schedule. Assign squad to barracks with settings "ZTIQ".

Squad grab equipment and food. Squad try for active training (one organiser, two waiting to train). After a while, this breaks and they give up and try sparring or individual training. After a month or so of this, one or more dwarves will get stuck with a "Go to..." status.
