Summary0003865: Crash when trying to save
DescriptionEvery time I try and save my current fort, DF crashes.
Steps To ReproduceTry and save.
Additional InformationThe only thing I've done of note between this save and the last working save was build some raise bridges in the tree farm lining the S edge of map and issue a mass dump of all the stone on the tree farm's lower level.

Just to follow-up, it doesn't seem to get to the cleaning objects phase; I'm crashing on both 31.18 and 31.19 on Vista. Also doesn't seem to be any raw changes.

world.sav file gets left in the current folder.

 I know it's been a while....and since my thread was closed and pointed here 'll add something here instead

I was playing on my 31.18 copy last night and was got the save crash again

now I did see the cleaning objects phase start before the crash occured unlike my previous bug report did

and again.....it produced an error related to unreadable memory

I'm posting the error log details so you know what I mean

Application popup: Dwarf Fortress.exe - Application Error : The instruction at "0x5ed195ec" referenced memory at "0x7ff50007". The memory could not be "read".

I'm guessing that either my machine has issues with memory or there's a bit of loose code somewhere

Additional: autosaving is unaffected by this error so you know

Since save compatibility has been broken since this report, it's hard to tell whether this crash has since been fixed.
