I assume that's not meant to be in there.

Just a guess, but perhaps it is to do with the new APP_MOD_DESC_RANGE tag.

I don't see the problem - "loaded" is being used as a verb.

As Quietust said, this is not a bug - the word 'loaded' is meant to be there.
