Summary0004272: Idle dwarves don't go to burrows
DescriptionIdle dwarves don't go to their burrows. They just stay where they are until there is a job they can do in their burrow. This means you can't use burrows to confine dwarves for their safety. It's also a very annoying time-waster that dwarves will wait for a job before going to their burrow instead of waiting in the burrow for a job they can do to show up in the job queue. Especially when the dwarf I assign to the burrow is 200 steps away from it.
Creating a Meeting Area zone doesn't help. Or at least, it doesn't help if the dwarf is already idle when you create the meeting area.
Steps To Reproduce1. Create a burrow.
2. Create a meeting area in that burrow.
3. Assign an idle dwarf to that burrow.
4. Notice that nothing happens.

You have to activate the burrow in the menu. Do the dwarves behave as expected then?
