Summary0004282: It says "item blocking site" when there is no item there
DescriptionWhen I get a message saying that construction of a building has been suspended due to "item blocking site", it's almost always a wall that used to have items on the site, but now does NOT because the dwarves have already cleared them away. And the construction is nearly done.
Steps To ReproduceBuild walls in places with items, especially where there are multiple items on a square.

Are you sure there are no hidden items on the site? Are you sure you're getting the cancellation message for a particular wall AFTER dwarves have cleared the items away from that specific wall?

Indeed. What happens if you now unsuspend the wall? What often happens to me is that I build walls on top of rocks (which uses those rocks) and that causes suspensions in about half the walls.
