| Description | A rhesus macaque tried to steal a copper battle axe, but I stopped it. The macaque dropped the axe on the floor, but nobody can pick it up. I tried dumping the item, but the job doesn't even display on the job list. I tried even to channel out the floor to move the object, but it is no use. It is still listed on the stocks menu though. | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | 1. Get a rhesus macaque steal an object from you 2. Kill the macaque 3. The object dropped can't be used or hauled by dwarves. | ||||
| Additional Information | It happened the same thing with a copper pick. Eventually it got stolen by a second wave of macaques. | ||||

Are you sure the item isn't forbidden? If you tried to dump it, did you have refuse collection from outside enabled? |

Did you use Runesmith or a similar memory hacking tool to kill the rhesus macaque? |

@Logical The item is not forbidden, I tried to reclaim it nonetheless but it doesn't work. @ellindsey No, I don't use any hacking tools or similar. |

Nevermind, I managed to dump it. I had to channel out the floor behind, like the wiki says. (http://df.magmawiki.com/index.php/DF2010:Known_bugs_and_issues#Items -->" Reclaim mode") |
