Summary0005750: Cloth/thread being used in the hospitol is not distinguished from unused cloth in the stock lists
DescriptionTasks that use cloth or thread to do crafting at a workshop require "Unused cloth/thread".

Cloth/thread that is being used for something, such as being stored in the hospital, is not marked in any way on the stock screen. All cloth and thread at lumped together regardless of use status. This can be a bit can be misleading.

It would help if the stocks screen listed idle cloth/thread separately from cloth/thread being used for something (like the hospital).
Steps To ReproduceMake a cloth or thread stockpile. Check stocks.
Create a hospital with coffers or chests for storage.
Wait for the Dwarves to store some of the cloth or thread in the hospital.
Check the stocks again. They should be the same.

The stock screen in this matter is working as intended. This is more of a feature request and should be posted on the suggestions forum.
