Summary	0006073: Dwarves will not take items out of bin to load minecart
Description	If a minecart is linked to a stockpile which contains bins of mixed items, dwarves will not move the bins to the minecart, because all of the items in the bin do not match the minecart desired item list. Dwarves will also not remove individual matching items from the bins to load into the minecart.
Steps To Reproduce	Create stockpile that contains a mix of items, for instance, all stone blocks. Link it to a minecart stop and set the stop to load a particular type of block. Dwarves will only load loose blocks of the specified type, or bins that contain ONLY the specified type of block. Bins containing multiple types of blocks will not be touched, not even to remove the desired type.
