Can't see any spiders. It looks like the sort of webs just left laying around when there's spiders in the area (there spider webs outside, too), but I think they'd clean them up. But then that might be a feature request, if "keeping spider webs out of indoors" isn't something adventure mode NPCs are (yet) supposed to do.
