Summary0007627: Dwarves will not haul ballista arrows to dedicated stockpiles
DescriptionI created a furniture stockpile set to accept only masterwork wooden balista arrow heads, but my dwarves won't haul them.

They can access the stockpile and will store masterwork wooden beds in it, just not ballista arrows.

The save is available here: http://dffd.wimbli.com/file.php?id=9145

The stockpile in question is Stockpile 9.

Did you disable storing ballista arrows in all other stockpiles?

You said ballista arrow *heads*. I don't believe those can be made out of wood. Wooden ballista bolts are constructed in a single piece, unlike metal ballista bolts which have a metal head attached to a wooden body.

Try enabling furniture -> siege ammo for the stockpile and see if that resolves your problem.

ArmokGoB: Yes, I tried that. It didn't work. I also tried enabling "take from stockpile #", pointing to my catch-all stockpiles that already had wooden ballista arrows, no joy there either. And the majority of my masterwork (and other) ballista arrows are sitting in my siege workshop, cluttering it up.

Button: In previous forts, I was under the impression that enabling wooden ballista arrow heads allowed dwarves to store the wooden ballista arrows (something about their being classified the same, despite having different names). I'll try enabling siege ammo.

Edit: The siege ammo did it. I had a feeling it was something I did (or didn't). Someone close this please.
