Summary	0008860: Invaders from civs with available [MOUNT]s do not ride
Description	As of the time of bug report, 90% of respondents to this poll http://www.bay12forums.com/smf/index.php?topic=149387.0;viewresults have not had any mounted invaders. Those who have had mounted invaders say that the only mounted invaders they've had have been major figures of goblin civilizations, and that they've been mounted on creatures they tamed in worldgen. However, this behavior also extends to elves and possibly humans, which should at the very least have [COMMON_DOMESTIC][MOUNT]s available to ride in on.
