| Description | My Dwarf Fortress client repetitively crashes shortly after it seasonally auto-saved for a completely unknown reason. I am unsure if it is a technical or in-game problem since the error log refuses to tell me what exactly is going wrong, so I am hoping someone here can help me out with this. | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | Simply load the only world 8 Fortress file, unpause, and let the game run anywhere from five to thirty seconds and it will crash within that time. The random time frame of the crashing makes me think it's an in-game problem, but I have no idea. | ||||

Such crashes at a rather specific point usually involve some sort of invader or invaders trying to move into the map, but either cannot, or cause something unexpected to happen when they do. However you are using windows 10, so I'm going to say it's likely a feature of the new OS. |

I mean I wouldn't say you're wrong, but that seems like a rather unlikely reason for it to just crash. Previous saves had invaders just fine, but I dunno. |

What Chthon is referring to, is that there have been cases where a werebeast trying to path onto the embark map causes the game to crash. |
