| Summary | 0010042: Campfires prevent retrieval of dropped items | ||||
| Description | After dropping an item, if a campfire is placed over the spot where the items are, it becomes impossible to walk over the area to retrieve the items, even after the campfire goes out. | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | Drop item Move one step away in any direction Press g Make campfire on the spot where the item is Wait/Sleep/leave for a few hours Come back to find items still irretrievable | ||||
| Additional Information | In addition, the image of the sometimes will not disappear, despite it being labeled as "ashes" upon looking. Its quite annoying. I was trying to sort my inventory and then I accidentally hit make campfire instead of picking up the item I wanted, and now all of my stuff is screwed up. It would be really neat if throwing water on a campfire forced it to go out, although in this case it wouldn't have helped, because the fires read as being ashes. Several days later, and I still can't retrieve my items. It happened to 3 of my item stacks. So I am reasonably sure it is able to be reproduced. | ||||
