Summary | 0010088: Most hairless mammals have hair that isn't used
Description | Hippos, elephants, and other hairless mammals are described as hairless and have no tokens for growing hair, but still has it available in its body detail plan, due to lacking [REMOVE_MATERIAL:HAIR]. Bug is trivial due to hair not being usable for cloth or any other known purpose, and (as far as I can determine) will not be produced by butchering due to not being given BODY_HAIR_TISSUE_LAYERS or other body detail plan tokens. Cetaceans such as orcas and some fictional oddballs (like voracious cave crawlers)seem to be the main exceptions, correctly having the hair material and tissue removed.
Additional Information | 1. I actually discovered this while working on my mod Adventurecraft, working on changes involving hair materials. My initial assumption was that I deleted it by mistake, before confirming it to be in the vanilla raws. 2. Have yet to test whether these mythical elephant hairs show up in stockpile entries, but prior experience suggests it's likely.
