Summary	0010481: Gather / Pick up fruit activity does not respect disabled status
Description	When setting an activity with gather / pickup fruit to NOT Active, the dwarfs are still gathering the fruits from the trees :(
Steps To Reproduce	Setup an area to gather, than disable it
Additional Information	quick hax -> turning off the Gathering on the zone solves it
