Summary0010627: Dwarves lack baseline personality facets that allow them to interact.
DescriptionNot all personality facets are required on a being, but dwarves lacking the UI for a generic set of facets attached to a behavior express disinterest at the activities or a indiscriminate attitude.

Dwarves without friendship facets have difficulty making friends, and important reproductive facets like 'Love', 'Family' & 'Lust' will not activate their behaviors of getting married & having lovers & children properly in simulated fortress mode play without selectivity between two similar people.

It is variable per dwarf what facets they have, modifications to the facet such as through alcohol will seemingly apply a flat value up or down from zero and add the facet to the dwarves behaviour where it was missing, this isn't a real fix though.
Steps To ReproduceSearch for dwarves in embarkation with missing mandatory facet traits easily & keep re-rolling, or wait for migrants as more stock to inspect.

Or

Modify alcoholic syndrome code (save pre-applied to add more friendliness), dwarves with no facets (which should be median range) will have yellow text indicating that their facets have been altered next to empty text entries where the facets "should" be.
Additional InformationRomance even at dwarven median of 0 should be affecting their opinion of love but does often not appear on the interpersonal dwarf screen.

Also may bear relevance to (""Made drunkenness make you less private instead of more private and fixed a typo there"") in the development log for 44.06 if the facet value isn't properly expressed.

As a note when dwarves do spawn with adequate facets, they are usually a secluded & to use a British phrase, "dour", quarrelsome and isolated folk, hence why in my save i will be providing i have added [FACET:FREINDLYNESS:25] to the inebriation code to encourage them to get along more by a small degree when not sober as my only code modification.

Update - After a degree of testing with +25 more friendlyness facet inebriation in my fortress to submit. I may have filed a report that is not nessecary, but at-least it clarifies that the issue with behaviours such as very little lovelife & social development when forced into idle & location areas isn't down to dwarves with adverse personal statistics
