Summary0011514: Every Tavern Eventually Causes a Loyalty Cascade
DescriptionThis is getting annoying. Every fort I make with a tavern eventually causes a huge, deadly fight (assuming the first cave is discovered so monster hunters are hanging around)

Why can't there be a "social fight" mechanism like in Rimworld? Units can throw some (non deadly) punches to blow off steam, then walk themselves to my hospital (or quietly lick their wounds after). Maybe limit the number of people getting involved to one degree of separation (i.e. the units closest friend/family member).

Or maybe lower the savageness and have dwarfs attempt to separate the brawls instead of jumping in the fray. Could there be a tavern bouncer position? Or Add a mechanism to "Justice" where a scheduled fight occurs between the two offenders after separation. A mini arena for your entertainment
 

Sure, I could not serve alcohol, but then what's the point if the game being designed to do so?
