Summary	0011771: Dwarves get stuck when taking depressed criminal visitors to a chain.
Description	During my attempts to get the stolen artifact that the prisoner somehow still has despite being imprisoned off him in an earlier bug reported by me, I ran into another bug. It seems that if a prisoner becomes severely depressed while being delivered to a chain, or presumably also to a cage the officer doing to the delivering and the imprisoned character get permanently stuck. The save game is the same as that of an earlier bug. This save game does not exhibit this bug (yet), given I was trying to fix another bug I simply crash-quitted the game to start again without saving when really I should have saved and then loaded over my backup. https://dffd.bay12games.com/file.php?id=15421
