| Description | I ran out of memory a while back just increased it to 4x as much and yet the slow running speed remains in my fortress saves. A new fort runs fine the old saves run but too slow to play. while running the program takes up 33% of my CPU's Capacity and 25% of my Memory. I'm starting to think it might be a bug? | ||||

There are several known problems/limitations that can cause a fortress to run slowly.
