| Description | Hello! *Bug*: A diplomacy button appears. I click it, it disappears but nothing else happens. The window for Diplomacy does not appear. Earlier in my save, I used the Diplomacy button several times, somewhere in year 2 it stopped working and only behaves as noted. Closing, reopening, restarting/etc. does not fix the button. Currently I cannot access diplomacy actions. *DF Version: *50.04, Save started under 50.03. *OS: *Windows 10 x64, all updates applied Save file is too large to attach; here's a link: https://turboninjas.com/SaveForTarn.zip Thanks! | ||||

I also have the same problem, however, I think it is only happening to me with certain visitors. For example, I do successfully have conversations with Elves when they come to trade who ask to renew agreements about how many trees I chop down. Frequently I get the diplomacy button appears (which I click on, and then it disappears without anything happening) followed a few minutes later by some visitor asking to come and study or eradicate monsters. I would have expected to have a royal entourage by now, but this hasn't happened, therefore I suspect it is my own civilization that is breaking when the diplomacy window doesn't appear. My save is a metropolis with a countess, and my nobles do not appear to be stuck or overworked. Everyone is still alive from what I can see.
