| Description | equipment bug.zip <https://drive.google.com/file/d/15UL0KP0F9v96pGeY6-2mmCScqdHK-zmE/view?usp=drive_web> *DF Version:* 50.04 *OS: *Windows 10, 64-bit *Description:* Occasionally, when a military squad member's equipment details are updated, other squad members will drop their currently held and assigned weapon and assign themselves a different one. This different weapon is always a named (named object) weapon, one that they do not own, and is already being held and used by another member of the squad. As a result, the named weapon becomes double-assigned. This happens when their assigned uniform is set to use any "steel battle axe". The named weapon, in all cases I've seen, was not in storage and was actively being held and used by the owning squad/family member. The weapon originally held by the now-barehanded squad member is free and available, but they don't use it regardless of further equipment updates. A workaround is to assign specific weapons to each dwarf, however this is fairly tedious. I've attached screenshots showing this mis-assignment behaviour. I have also sent my save as a Google Drive link, which is named "equipment bug". Positions 2 and 9 of the equipment UI for squad "The Gilded Carnages" can be observed with this issue. | ||||
