Unless you have world gen params/seeds that can reproduce this issue, it'll be very difficult to identify and fix the problem. |

I think this is the seed required Generating world using parameter set MEDIUM ISLAND Seed: 637105782 History Seed: 3637454372 Name Seed: 2225922322 Creature Seed: 1094261760 this was just using standerd create a world |

What made you think the freeze had to do with mountains? Did you have graphics turned on? |

no graphics on and the embark area was small enough the fact that it was about 10x3 over the moutins in the water and upon slecting crashed gave me the idea it was to do with the mountins even if that's not the case the world gen shouldn't be creating a mountin in the water right? |

I couldn't recreate this problem with the seeds provided. Where are the "mountains in the water" on the world map? Do you get the crash every time you try embarking at a specific site? Can you upload a save file of the world map to http://dffd.wimbli.com/ ? |

Feel free to reopen this issue if you have world gen params that consistently cause a crash in 31.10. |
