| Summary | 0001240: Military dwarf trains with pick and becomes a miner | ||||
| Description | I had a batch of immigrants which included some new fodder for my military. One of the fodder, an animal caretaker with just novice skill levels in animal related skills, picked up a spare pick to train with. Less than a month later I got a message that this new recruit has become a miner. Huh??? Was he training solo by ‘attacking’ the wall with the pick, and now is mistaking the army for a civilian career? Note: I checked all his skills when he first arrived, as I do with every dwarf. He had no skill in mining prior to joining the army (as mentioned, he was an animal caretaker) and now is a novice level miner. He does not now, nor has ever had the mining skill enabled. | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | This is the only time it happened, and I have had others who have trained with picks before. | ||||
