Summary	0012618: Selecting a Stockpile tile that's on top of an Engraved Floor tile will select the Engraved floor.
Description	Selecting a Stockpile tile that's on top of an Engraved Floor tile will select the Engraved floor without giving an option to select the Stockpile. This can be circumvented by going into Stockpile Creating Mode or by selecting an Item inside the stockpile and clicking select stockpile. Which makes it slightly annoying, making it 2 actions/clicks instead of just 1 and different approach depeneding on where you click or where the stockpile is compared to another stockpile without an engraved floor beneath it.
Steps To Reproduce	On stone floor. Smooth Stone & Engrave it. Create Stockpile on top of engraved floor. Click any tile inside the stockpile without an item inside it.
Additional Information	This is mainly QoL due to design constrains but I guess it could be considered a Bug.
