Summary	0012734: Constant job cancellations, dwarves do almost nothing
Description	If you have a farm plot, with room in it and unforbidden but unreachable seeds which could be planted in the farm plot, dwarves will continuously attempt to plant those seeds, cancelling jobs and will do little else.
Steps To Reproduce	Embark with plump helmet spawn, digging implements, and building materials. Dig a space for a farm plot, and create it, dump all spawn in the garbage dump, wall off the garbage dump, claim all spawn, set the farm plot for plump helmets year round. Dwarves will continuously cancel jobs and do little to no work.
