| Summary | 0012882: Dead rush grass forms buds sprites | ||||
| Description | (Reporting on 50.13.) When rush grass forms bulbs seasonally, these grass tiles are described as containing buds, and the buds show as a sprite on top of grass, as expected. However, unexpectedly, some of the dead rush at the bottom of up to 3/7 of water also displays bud sprites at the same time, though the tile does not mention the buds (and dead grass shouldn't bud). I don't know whether dead rush which is not underwater has this problem, since dead grass is generally hard to find unless it was killed by submersion. | ||||

I meant buds, not bulbs. |

The same happens with flowers, which the buds turn into. The game seems not to have made up its mind whether shallowly-submerged rush grass is dead or alive. Above 3/7 it doesn't display the sprites of live grass. The problem doesn't affect cattail grass, but even living cattail grass doesn't seem to form seasonal sprites at all. Don't know about other varieties. |
