Summary | 0013063: Social tasks seem to block low priority jobs (hauling, building) completely
Description | In my Year Five fortress, I've built a number of guildhalls and a large temple. Since doing so, I have noticed that certain tasks are entirely ignored by my adult dwarves unless they are specifically made high priority. The two main culprits are hauling and construction. Children continue to do both, but adults do neither except in instances where the priority is made high. This means, for example, that all my dwarves will haul goods to the trade depot when traders show up, but almost all of the goods I purchased are currently sitting in my depot, despite there being stockpiles able to hold them. Likewise, almost all my workshops are filled with items, despite stockpile availability. The overwhelming majority of my idle dwarves are meditating, praying, watching demonstrations or socializing, not a single one is hauling. All other tasks seem to be working without issue. It also doesn't seem to apply to hauling jobs tied to regular jobs (so my fisherdwarves are storing their catches in a stockpile, for example).
Steps To Reproduce | Create a fortress with a large number of locations and let it run. At some point, low priority jobs will simply stop being assigned to adult dwarfs.
