Steps To Reproducego to 1st screen of character creation, look at it
Additional Informationclicking where the icon would be seems to select, as does using the left and right cursor keys

even just an empty frame where the border changes (like the difficulty does) would at least be usable

and once you've left this screen you can't come back with out going to the main menu and reloading the entire world
