| Description | The camera tutorial, which progresses as you perform basic functions of the camera, will recognize zooming in as part of the tutorial, but will not recognize zooming out, regardless of the method used. Made three attempts at reproducing the bug, and it occurred even after a full restart. | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | Simply play the tutorial. Unsure if it will change anything, but the world setting are: Size: Small History: 100 Civs: Medium Sites: Medium Beasts: Medium Savagery: Low Minerals: Frequent Mode: Fortress | ||||
| Additional Information | I am using a touchpad and don't currently have access to a mouse to test if that would somehow matter, but it seems unlikely since neither Ctrl+Scroll or Rightbracket works. | ||||

This is happening to me too. I'm using a mouse with the Ctrl + scroll wheel as well as the default zoom-in zoom-out keys (brackets). This is my first world generated on default settings. I just installed the game for the first time fresh, not like 10 mins ago. duplicate of bug report ID "0012663" one submitted early 2024. Unfortunate to see an issue go unsolved for so long as it makes the game unapproachable because without completing the tutorial, the game is incredibly confusing... |
