Summary0013160: Keyboard cursor jumps multiple tiles instead of a single tile
DescriptionWhen using the keyboard cursor to make designations, the cursor jumps a couple of tiles like I have shift pressed for the "fast" mode, even if I dont.
This happens in both classic and steam version and is independent of the graphics used (ascii and sprites).
This issue is a regression from 51.10 where it was still working correctly, in 51.11 it isn't anymore.
Steps To ReproduceStart the game, create a new world and embark on it
Go to settings, enable keyboard cursor in "Game" tab
click "m" to start a mining designations and use the arrow keys to move the yellow cursor rectangle

IS: the cursor moves multiple tiles in the direction of the arrow key that was clicked a single time
SHOULD: the cursor moves a single tile in the direction of the arrow key that was clicked a single time

In the past, there were two different sets of keyboard speeds: cursor movement (1 tile, 10 with shift), and scrolling when the cursor wasn't visible (10 tiles, 20 with shift). Version 51.11 seems to have merged those two together.
