Summary	0013193: Ice walls melting causes severe fps drop
Description	I have embarked near a lake and In the beginning of winter the lake freezes up and ice walls form on the land. The problem begins in late winters when they melt and cause 1. Severe lag (like 6 fps until all the ice melt) 2. A lot "something has collapsed on the surface" notifications (hundreds per minute). The latter can be solved by just turning of the "cave-in" notification. But the fps drop persists.
