Summary | 0013254: Severed goblin body parts reanimate in trees and dwarves can't move
Description | Severed body part reanimates in a tree and immobilises dwarves from a distance, behaving like they are in combat despite having no access to the zombie
Steps To Reproduce | I don't know
Additional Information | This has happened twice on my first fortress, the first time I used dfhack to kill the reanimated hand but I haven't done this yet for the seconds. I am in a biome that is not labelled as a reanimator biome but after battle as body parts are chopped off and land in trees, they reanimate (Goblin right hand, buzzard head, goblin left hand) . Both hands have caused dwarves to believe they are in combat despite the dwarves and thee hand not having access to each others locations. I haven't checked this for the second time the primary victim was on a stepladder and when the stepladder was moved he remained in the air. When using dfhack to move him the distance didn't seem to break it and he remained still. Killing the hand did fix the issue. The reason this is major is that the dwarves cannot get to the hand to kill it as they are too scared and run away or become immobile. The tree the hand is in cannot be felled as it causes the woodcutter to enter a loop of approaching the tree just to run away in fear. Archers also cannot target the hand.
