Summary	0013307: Dye types do not work in work order conditions
Description	Specifying a dye type and amount in a work order condition does not correctly find dye quantities. The quantity appears to always be zero.
Steps To Reproduce	Create a work order to make red spinach leaf dye Add a condition for "Amount of red spinach leaf dye" available is less than 1. This condition will always be met, no matter how much red spinach leaf dye you have in stock.
Additional Information	Dimple dye does seem to work properly. None of the newer dye types seem to work.
