| Summary | 0013384: Cannot scroll down when assigning jobs to work detail |

| Description | For some unknown reason, I have become unable to scroll through the list of possible jobs to assign to a work detail in the labor tab. When I try scrolling with either my mouse or trackpad, it tries to scroll down but then immediately resets to the very top. The same happens if I try to manually click and drag the scroll bar. This means that I can't assign any jobs to work details that aren't at the top of the screen. I have no idea what could be causing this. It doesn't happen in any other menus. It's not a problem with DFhack, nor the mods I'm using, as I uninstalled DFhack and it was still happening and I created a new world with no mods and it happened there as well (as well as in every other world I've previously made, both with and without various combinations of mods). I also tried restarting the game several times, reloading past saves, restarting my computer, and uninstalling and reinstalling DF itself, with no change. This only happened after the most recent update, and after posting the issue on reddit another user said they've had the same problem after the update as well. |

| Steps To Reproduce | Enter labor tab in fortress mode, then go to work details, and in any pre-existing or new work detail click the gear icon to assign which jobs/labors should be under that work detail. Attempt to scroll down in the menu that contains all of the possible jobs that can be assigned to that work detail. |

| Additional Information | Just to make absolutely certain that nothing mod-wise was causing this, I uninstalled DFhack and unsubscribed from every mod, did a fresh install of DF, made a new fortress, and the issue still persisted. |
