Summary0013435: Dwarves ignore certain bolt thrower settings
DescriptionDwarves will reload bolt throwers even if "Not in use", treating it the same as "Keep loaded". They also won't return them to resting orientation after firing.

I built a bolt thrower with some bolts nearby. They did not load it when not in use. Then they loaded it when I told them to load it. Is there something more that's needed to get this to trigger?
