I built a bolt thrower with some bolts nearby. They did not load it when not in use. Then they loaded it when I told them to load it. Is there something more that's needed to get this to trigger? |

It could just be that the reload jobs are already created. I don't see it happening if I change the setting before they've fired all the ammo. In that case, just the resting orientation is being ignored. |
