| Description | Stairs cannot be connected from dug out to construction, the last up/down stairway on the dug-out will always block construction, so no up/down stairway can be constructed to connect the two areas together |

| Steps To Reproduce | Dig out a stairway that connects to a cavern roof, such that the last one before the cavern's reveal connects to air below the stairway
Try to build a stairway from the bottom of the cavern floor to the stairwell, so dwarves may freely descend.
Notice that no matter what is tried, the stairs cannot be built to connect the two together |
