| Description | Ran a fortress for about 10 years in game and some point, whenever a new stockpile was created, the citizens stopped using wheelbarrows. Ran the game for over 2 hours when I noticed the issue. Once I restarted the game, the citizens started using wheelbarrows again. |

| Steps To Reproduce | Run game long enough and create stockpiles with at least 10 wheelbarrows. After a few hours, create new stockpiles with any number of wheelbarrows, I suppose. |
