Summary | 0001569: After quitting, DF hangs without closing.
Description | After selecting 'Quit' from the main menu, Dwarf Fortress hangs, using 100% of one CPU, and ~150MB of ram.
Steps To Reproduce | 1) Start DF 2) Play for awhile, particularly Fortress Mode 3) Save, and return to main menu. 4) Select 'Quit'
Additional Information | Despite being otherwise unresponsive, DF is not actually frozen. It continues drawing the main menu screen at exactly the max frame rate. I discovered, quite by accident, that dragging the DF window (I play in windowed mode) snaps it out of it- The moment I click and start dragging the window, the CPU usage drops to 0%. Then, several seconds after I release the mouse button, it successfully quits, without requiring the user to End Task the process. I believe this is related to bug 1393, the key difference being that the window remains visible. I hope that this additional information helps in finding the source of the problem.
