I have this, as well. But I've noticed it in the Prepare carefully phase of embarking, when I was selecting a new item from the list. |

I suspect that one of the entries on the kitchen screen is from (now unusable) wine that was cooked in your kitchen but not actually made into a meal, as described in issue 0000138. |

Or maybe it's male and female beer. |

I don't think it was from cooking wine. I believe I had disabled cooking for all dwarven alcohols after hitting that bug in a previous game, but I can't be certain as I no longer have the save. |

I'm getting this bug for some of my non-booze items, namely cave fish and cave lobster. I didn't catch them myself, so perhaps it has something to do with Preparing before embark or trade goods. |

This should be sorted out for 0.31.07, though the old saves will still have the lingering liquid items. |
