| Description | I wanted to save my progress and exited mid-season, choosing the save option. When I restarted none of the saves present were mid-season; I had to revert to a seasonal autosave. It's possible I can't find the relevant save, but in that case please clearly indicate whether I'm overwriting a save or making a new one. In addition, please display two items: the time in the world/fortress, the real time of the save, and possibly a custom name as a third line. | ||||

Did you install the game in Program Files? If so, follow the instructions at 0001414:0004658 to get your save back. Also, I see you chose the "Misc Crashes" category. Was there a crash involved here? It's possible I can't find the relevant save, but in that case please clearly indicate whether I'm overwriting a save or making a new one. Huh? DF always overwrites your save, except when it does an autobackup. In addition, please display two items: the time in the world/fortress, the real time of the save, and possibly a custom name as a third line. Well, this can be closed, no bug. Problem between user and interface. The save was present, it just inherited an inappropriate date/name and was in an inappropriate position somewhere halfway the other saves. I chose misc crashes because I found no other appropriate category for save problems. Which should I take? |

Hmm... I guess "Technical" would cover it, but that category is way too vague. I'll attempt to remedy that. |
