| Description | I was testing in arena and noticed a creature who both feels sick and has a fever will only blink the little green X (I am not sure if they also show thirst like this too) instead of blinking a red X and then a green X | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | go in arena and make cave floaters then pop them, its easy to notice as cave floater sickness causes both nausea and fever. | ||||

No no no, I mean he has both nausea and fever, with both he only flashes a green X, and with only fever he flashes the red X(fever icon) |

If you need proof boot up arena and spawn some cave floaters then have them fight a human. |

You know how cave floater sickness nausea kinda goes on and off? well its really noticeable there, you see him alternating between flashing a green X and flashing a red X btw the fever red X icon looks really weird, it has this weird white backround and its off center. |

Can confirm still present in 0.40.23 Human infected by cave floater: Nausea + Fever = flashing green X Fever = flashing red X Dizzy + Fever = flashing light blue X Unconscious + Dizzy + Drowsy = All 3 flashes |
