| Summary | 0002819: Dwarves won't dig upward ramps inside their burrow | ||||
| Description | I had some migrants show up in a cut-off portion of the map (a small area cut off by a river in the corner). I went to the z-level below the river and designated some upward ramps, then a tunnel (well, a few more levels of connected ramps, then the tunnel), and then designated a burrow containing the surface z-level (above where the ramps are to be dug), and the area of the tunnel on all z-levels. My miners immediately stopped mining, but had 'no job' instead of going to dig. Designating a channel from the surface z-level worked. | ||||
