Summary	0003079: temporary freeze ups and random crashes
Description	Sometimes during weather change, usually in the winter with a freeze, the moment the water in rivers/lakes freezez the game can freeze as well. I have seen lakes go from normal/freeze/PC lock/normal in about 4 seconds in repetition. Lost an entire year/ 3 hours game time (luckily i have the spring back-up for that year, but it crashed in late winter....:( )
