Summary	0003204: Resting Exp. Leader Can't meet with Diplomat
Description	Expedition Leader suffered various injuries before the outpost liaison arrived. He received several sutures and splints while the liaison watched him in the hospital. After the surgeries, the expedition leader rested while the liaison waited until: "A Diplomat has left unhappy".
Additional Information	I think a guy with a bunch of broken bones is entitled to rest. But he was never unconscious, so I think he could have held a meeting from a hospital bed.

Gentle Manne 2010-09-12 01:26 reporter ~0012593	I can confirm this happens, but I don't know if I'd consider it a bug. Someone in a hospital needs rest to heal properly. You can conduct meetings from a prison cell if you need to, but resting counts as a job and prevents other labors.
