| Description | If you have a butcher's shop constructed outside, and dwarfs are set to ignore refuse outside (which is the default setting), the refuse that the butcher's shop generates will stay there and the shop will quickly become pink masterwork *cluttered*. | ||||

... How is this not expected behaviour? Your workshop was outside, so the refuse was outside, and your orders said "no collecting refuse from outside", so they didn't collect the refuse from the shop. If anything this sounds like you want a suggestion to mark workshop tiles as indoors or otherwise not under the "outside refuse" ban. |
