Dwarves don't actually seem to do or gain anything while apparently teaching or being taught either. Also it can take months for the squad to actually organise itself such that teaching finally takes place. |

I've seen teacher, student, leader, and concentration all rise... when using [SPEED:0] dwarves, and it still took a bloody long time for anything to happen. Would guess the issue is with the (excessive) amount of time involved with the skill-related tasks rather than them not actually gaining anything. |

Yeah, aside from the other problems, there's just a timer issue that was screwing it up. |
