| Description | I generated a world in .31.14 and embarked, I watch around some and after upon embark I chose Abandon Fortress. Yet the game does not return to the earlier menu where I can quit. Only after saving the said game, can I choose to quit. So I choose save game and then quit as abandon fortress does nothing to let me quit. | ||||

Are you sure the quit button is just scrolled off the bottom of the screen? Because abandoning the fortress also saves the world. |

I am quite sure, as the texts on the screen were: Return to Game, Save Game, Key Bindings... Abandon the Fortress. But it seems that I can't now reproduce the problem anymore in .14. Oh well, maybe I had capslock on, or something.... |

Yeah, if you abandon the fortress, that saves the game. However, the world is then stored as usable for a reclaim fortress - you have to select "New World" to get there, though. Saving the game takes you back to the title menu, where you can quit the game. Does this explain your behaviour? |
