you could probably be a bit more specific in the description... My newest fortress, in a new world genned in .14 hasn't had humans or goblins show up. They all show up on the civ list on embark. I've had elf traders and dwarf traders. I've played this fort for only 3 years so far, but I seem to remember the way things used to go was that elves and humans would come sequentially after the first dwarf caravan shows up in a year, and goblins showing up that same year. |

I have yet to see any goblins or kobolds in .14. Nothing about 5 or 6 years in despite goblins appearing on the embark screen, and embarking right next to one of their outposts. Worlds from .12 that are updated to .14 experience normal invasions. |

More specifically, civ-based attackers of any kind do not show up. I have an approximately 4 Y/O fort in .14 that has yet to see an ambush, thieves, or siege, despite being at war, having access to all civs, etc. Human and dwarven traders have shown up like normal for me, though they are still missing their wagons. |

Do humans siege when you're at war with them? I though it might have something to do with the nonexistant sites for anyone else than humans. |

Same issue in my current game, sitting at almost 10 years without sign of invasions/ambush/thieves. Just 2 giants so far, legends shows that the goblins are alive and well, and embark screen shows that they are neighbors. |

Five year old fort here, no invasions, sieges, or thieves. I did get a forgotten beast to wake up under the fort, but thats about it. |

Seeing as invasions happen more or less normally with a .12 generated world, I'd say this is a problem with the history generation, not with invasions. |

Same problem here, I've had several forts for 3-4 years without a single thief/ambush/siege of any kind. Guess I'll gen worlds in .12. |

This should be fixed up for 0.31.15. It thought they were lizardmen or something and was waiting for you to irritate their cave feature. |
